St. Ambrose Youth Ministry Mission Trip ~ Trivia Night
Saturday, April 6, 2019 at the Knights of Columbus Hall (118 E. Second Street, Seymour)
Doors Open at 6:30 p.m.
Trivia Starts at 7:00 p.m.
Please join us for a fun evening of trivia to help benefit the St. Ambrose Youth Ministry Mission Trip. This event is for those 21 and over. Babysitting will be available at St. Ambrose with advanced registration. The theme is "Game Night". Decorate your table for a chance to win the "Best Table" prize. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. There will also be a cash bar.
$150 for a table of 8 people or $20 per individual ticket. Teams will be 6-8 players. You can enter as a complete team, partial team or individual.
$200 Table Sponsor - includes table for 8 at the event, name and/or logo on the table, name and/or logo displayed on screen.
$300 - Game Sponsor - includes name and/or logo displayed during fill in games. Verbal recognition at the start of game.
$500 - Round Sponsor - includes table for 8 at the event, name and/or logo displayed on screen, verbal recognition before and after sponsored round, name and/or logo displayed on score sheet for the sponsored round.
