The Spiritual Life Committee:
A standing committee of the parish pastoral council dedicated to the promotion of active participation in worship and programs in spiritual development.
The overall progress of the spiritual life committee is to assist the pastor in planning and providing for the spiritual development of the members of St. Ambrose through liturgical celebrations.
The spiritual life committee is active and helpful in recruiting and training liturgical ministers, lectors, greeters, cantors, extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion, servers, environment, preparing parish liturgies and prayers, setting parish policy along with educating the parish in issues of liturgy.
The spiritual life committee assists the pastor and the pastoral staff in forming and maintaining a vision of liturgy which is truly the source and summit of life at St. Ambrose.
